Took my 2013 Elantra there after backing into something and causing damage on my bumper. He took it next day after a very competitive price and I picked it up 2 days later. They detailed my car and made it look showroom new again. Such good work that I took in my work truck to have some rust spots repaired. Will highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. First time having to send a vehicle to a repair shop and I regret sending it to this place...

- My decision was made due to my insurance company's representative recommending it, I'm assuming only because it was near where I lived. This place does not communicate well with it's customers.

- On a Monday I was told that everything was put together and that my vehicle only needed to get an alignment. That was a lie, I showed up the next day and cords were hanging from where the headlight lamp was, the bumper was hanging from the wall and the mechanics were just there "chillin." Coincidentally Cornell's excuse after I randomly showed up was that they had a set back due to someone scratching my car and them having to repaint it.

-They never replaced the wheel that was damaged in the accident (which I'm filing a complaint about cause it's on the estimate yet wasn't replaced, so I'm assuming the money for that was used to for someones leisure).

-The section they redid on my vehicle (the left side) has horrible spacing compared to the right side which it how it originally looked when I purchased my vehicle.

-All of a sudden my car has these minor issues that it's NEVER had: the cooling fan may be bent cause it makes a ticking noise when it moves, the plastic piece under car somehow wasn't attached and on my way to class came down and scraped via US-19 going 55mph, and the rubber piece of my right head lamp was hanging off on my home.

All issues that occurred AFTER my car left this shop.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to my enemy. These people were paid to do a job and barely did it. I don't even want to go back for them to fix considering the amount of time they had my car.

Lesson learned though, considering I didn't do my research on this place before sending my car there. If I had the power to have you shut down Cornell I would. But I don't (yet) so keep up the horrible work buddy!
