        Slow drive thru

        I'm a very loyal Starbucks fan but I will be taking a break from Starbucks for a while and getting my coffee elsewhere. After I order my iced mocha in the drive thru line I waited 17 minutes before I got to the window. Not to mention by the time I received my drink all the ice had melted. Nowhere near acceptable for a drink that cost over $5.
