Nate Wade Body Shop is under new management that has proven to be friendly, helpful, and professional. The work is high quality at a fair price. Customers are important to us, and we never forget it is the customer that keeps us in business. We will answer your questions and give you ideas of any options you have when repairing your car. We know you own the car and you set the standard of the repairs. We do minor maintenance, such as door dings that can be done by a paintless dent repair proceedure, to major damage on the frame and body. We repair all makes and models of cars, but we are part of Nate Wade Subaru. Being in an accident is un pleasent, but we can make the experience easier to handle. If asn insurance company is involved in the repairs of your car, Nate Wade Body Shop will work well the insurance company to negotiate a fair price and a quality repair. However, we work directly for you and not the insurance company. This means you will need to let the insurance company know you want us to do the repairs. Remember the car is your investment, be careful. Please, take your car to the body shop that you are comfortable with, not where the insurance company wants you to take it. Good body shops have comparable prices and comparable times for repairs, Nate Wade Body Shop will not require you to pay more than what the insurance requires unless you have approved a different type of repair. Nate Wade Body Shop has one of the best quality paint systems, Glasurit. This is the only paint we use. Good paint is important for long lasting appearance and durability, especially since paint is so photo chemically reactive. Today's technology on auto paint proceedures is such that color matching is not a problem, unless the standard industry paint proceedures are not followed. We follow those proceedures and our colors match. Nate Wade warrentees the work that they do. (Almost all body shops do.) Nate Wade Body Shop, however, always takes care of the concerns we are responsible for. These concerns are put on top priority and corrected as soon as possible. A car repaired properly, no matter how much repair is done, should not have any indications that it has been in a body shop. We have proven to customers over and over again that having a properly repaired car is better than having the car before the accident. With our "best quality" attitude we have few people come back to have work redone. The crew here is GREAT!
