Transmission Man

I took my car to the transmission man on 2-18-16. After many phone calls, and many excuses, they didn't even begin working on it until 4-20-16. It still took until 5-2-16 to complete. On the day I received it back, I noticed 2 large dents on the roof that weren't there before. Then, within a couple of days, I realized my horn didn't work. when i called ben about it, he stated they did no work anywhere near the horn. After talking to another mechanic, he stated that there are some wirings that go over that may have been knocked loose. I also noticed that the transmission was a bit sluggish and delayed at times, but thought it was me being paranoid. then, on my way to work on monday, the transmission light went on. When I called ben about it, he had the audacity to ask me if I was sure it was the transmission light, and not the check engine light! I take it in tonight, and I pray that it won't take another 3 months to fix. I'm a single mom and can't afford the rental fees!
