Wig

I had purchased a wig online my very first one, and I couldn't get it to fit right. I went to Jo Vonne and met Suzanne and asked if she could help me. I thought I needed to get some adhesive tape to keep my wig In place. Suzanne immediately asked me who told me I needed that, I said well, I read it on the internet. She proceeded to help me with a wig gripper, she pinned my hair back, put the gripper on me and fitted my wig on head. I was so HAPPY that the wig fit well. I never felt any pressure at anytime from Suzanne to buy the gripper, which is to me great customer service. I was so excited that my wig fit so well and wasn't falling off my head anymore, Suzanne is so sweet, helpful, I just love her, she is a GREAT Person. I was asking her questions about a certain curly wig, and she was answering my questions with such ease, it was so comforting to talk to her. I ended up buying another wig, and some detangler from her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Suzanne will take care of u

Suzanne is such a sweetheart and so very attentive to my shopping needs. I have visited this salon several times in the past and will not buy my wigs anywhere else .I once purchased a wig cap along with my wigs and inadvertently left it behind. When I returned for a new purchase three months later, Suzanne remembered that I had forgotten to take it with me and replaced it, no questions asked. I wish this shop would stay open at least until six, but that's okay because the customer service more than makes up for that. I went for the first time to find a wig for graduation, and my needs were met. There are several hundred wigs to choose from! I didn't leave dissapointed, and while I was there I was listened to about what I wanted and needed and ended up finding the PERFECT beautiful blonde wig. I HIGHLY recommend this place! I am a customer forever because of the friendly and courteous service and the amazing selection. Chances are you will find what you are looking for here, and if you don't she will specially order it for you because she meets your needs and is all about satisfying the customer. This place is lovely and feels so comfortable. If you need a wig on the southside of town THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO!

Suzanne was SO helpful and kind, listened to my needs, then went straight to the PERFECT style for me! I LOVE IT!!! She put that 1st wig on me and I never took it off...paid for it and wore it out of the shop! I WILL be back! I highly recommend this shop. Suzanne is SO sweet...really cares about her clients.
