Starbucks Coffee

I really like my neighborhood Starbucks .they are super busy in the am and I have been known to wait in line out in the street just to get in .I have a couple other stores close but they are lack luster in service and have even joked about being the slowest in the area.. HOWEVER not the case at this location . I always get a hot drink daily ,weekly at best. I went and ordered my usual at 180 (my Fav) and I usually sip it to make sure it's that temp I was in a hurry to end my day and get home.When I took a sip it was room temp at best. I was bummed, but I got home called and spoke to Crystal who was just a gem and offered to replace immediately. I was already home so said thank you anyway.she took my name and told me to come in so they can fix it. I went today after work and placed my usual order in the drive thru well they asked if I was one who had got cold drink (they remembered me) they replaced it and it was 180 what a nice way to end a cold dreary day. Crystal was amazing. The staff are always cheerful happy and treat you fantastic. Great staff means they have a great leader and it shows. If your in the North end of San Bdno and want something hot or cold visit the Starbucks on 40th and Waterman.
