My family has used Mr. Ayer many times over the past 30 years and have always been more than satisfied with his work. He is a professional who cares deeply for his clients and goes out of his way to take care of them. My parents thought highly of him, and now that I have had the opportunity to use his services I fully concur. He does not fit the mold of attorney jokes. He is honest, caring and has your best at heart. He has strong opinions, but they have been proven right in our case.

Mr. Ayer has done extremely well by a friend of mine for quite some time. If I have need of an attorney in the San Diego area I would indeed call on him first. He has brought great peace of mind to my friend thereby doing the same for those around him.

Wills

Trusts
Once a trust is established by a grantor, (also referred to as a settlor or trustor), the trust operation must be overseen by a qualified administrator. This trustee manages the investment of funds and distribution of assets according to the grantor’s design contained in the trust’s documents.Trust administration requires careful attention to each detail of the grantor’s wishes. A conscientious trustee must have comprehensive knowledge of the law and be scrupulous regarding client service.
Power of Attorney
A Family Trust is a great tool for planning for incapacity. If you are diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or dementia, or some other cognitive disease, be sure to set up a Family Trust. The Trust will allow your Trustee to manage all your assets titled in the Trust. Therefore, when you are no longer able to make decisions for yourself due to incapacity, your Trustee can handle all your financial obligations for all assets titled in your Family Trust.
