Founded in 2001, Excel Meetings and Events is a San Francisco-based meeting management, event marketing and marketing consulting firm. We manage, market and produce conferences, sales meetings, customer events, incentive programs, and association meetings. We have produced meetings for groups ranging in size from 20 to over 1, 000. In addition to our skill at producing meetings and managing logistics, we offer marketing and graphic design services that help build attendance, deliver a strong visual identity and communicate the value of your meeting or event to your key audiences. Our design and communications services include: Graphic design for logos, web sites, collateral, conference materials, trade show booths, print ads and direct marketing campaigns Interactive Conference Technologies We are uniquely positioned to help our clients maximize learning, networking and relationship building by utilizing technologies that increase pre-conference and onsite interactivity. We are experienced at deploying wikis, social media sites, live video web casting, and audience response technologies that promote attendee interactivity. This interactivity helps build dynamic networks and communities of people often beginning in the weeks and months before a conference and helps sustain those relationships well past the closing keynote remarks.
