Capistrano Tire & Brake

I was very disappointed with this company. My car broke down on freeway and tow truck toll away my car to above shop. They told me that I need new fuel pump . I agree on repair knowing that it will cost me around $400.00. When car was fixed , i was charge $997.00 . All parts was double charge ( I called next day to local dealer and was told that they double charge me). They done extra service, that I did not requested. ( the service they charge me for, was done by different mechanic 12 days before, so all the parts were brand new). When I requested a bill that they pay for a parts, they refused to show to me) . Please if you need a service, go some where else. Run from this company. They will take advantage of you, the same way as they took advantage of me, when I have no place to go.

Go anywhere else I believe they have a competition among the sales staff to see who can cheat the customer the most.Fifty dollars for a pint of break fluid on top of astronomical labor charges, Please!!!
