Hair Creations Studio

Overall everyone is very nice but I received a horrible hair cut. I asked for a trim and crown layers. The hair stylist thought she had thinning shears in her hand but she had scissors and accidentally cut a chunk of my hair out. So then she proceeded to cut my layers shorter to try and blend it. I thought she had fixed it before I left the salon. I couldn't tell that there were any major issues because she curled my hair. She also still charged me full price for the cut. When I went to straighten my hair the next day, I noticed there is a large chunk of my hair missing in the front and it's not blended at all. I am very upset. It took me 4 years to grow my hair this long. And now I am going to have to look crazy until it grows back and can be blended. I will never go back to hair creations ever again!
