Its public information, seminole and orange county, other counties too im sure.this guy will rip you off every time,even more if youre black,female,elderly.or disabled.i cant believe hes still in business,or someone hasnt beaten him to a pulp or strangled him yet.i know several people who have been severely ripped off by Stephen ClydeFlowers and had thier car damaged with parts stolen ect. He ripped me off and ruined my car too.paybacks are in line soon. When you see the sign "AC repair" with penguins on it ,dont go there. SR46 in sanford.if any of his victims would like to know where he lives ,the corner house on 9th St & Elm in Sanford32771 its the peach colored house with the house number covered up to avoid his many angry victims.

best mechanic ever.. straightforward.. not sure what previous ladies issue was.. but never seen anything like what she is describing at this business.. must be someone who is never happy w/ anyone

My husband broke down in front of this shop and pushed our car into his lot. After a week of changed stories/changed prices (always increasing) and never getting a "straight" answer we decided to take our car elsewhere. When my sister in law showed up to use her AAA and get our car towed he refused to release it claiming we owed for "storage fee's". Despite our paperwork saying "Paid in Full" and verbal communication from the owner stating we would NOT be charged storage fees, my husband left work early to go deal with this situation. Upon his arrival the owner, Steve, bacame very hostile and threatened my husband along with 3 of his workers. One of them actually kicked a pipe at my husband. My husband called local authorities who were of no help. He left to go gather the money for the storage fee so we could just get our car and be done with this crazy man. When he arrived my husband apologized for earlier and stated he was ready to pay. Steve told him to wait a few minutes and he would be right with him. He messed around until 6 pm and at 6pm locked the doors in my husbands face and told him to come back during business hours (he was there for a good 45 mins. Arrival at 515). At this point it was clear to us he has already done the "repair", expecting us to just hand over hundreds of dollars no questions asked. He was trying to hold off o giving us our car back to recover his parts. Well, he did that and much more. Two more times the local police had to be called and when we finally recovered our vehicle it was totally trashed (as we had expected.) Him and his crew slahed my front seat, removed fuses, disconnected/cut , drained my tires of air, the car wouldn't start (started fine previously. Actually he drove it into his garage to destroy it), but the worst by far was left some animal, by the smell probably a cat, in the car overnight. My carpets were soaked with urine. The smell is so horrendous I gagged when opening the door. There was feces smeared in my back seat and the list goes on. We have yet to have a real mechanic check the engine but I'm sure he's done some more things to the engine as well. This man is shady, he's a scam artist and generally a BAD person. He doesn't deserve to have a business. Please do NOT pay this man any of your hard earned money.

owner is very upfront with pricing and issues with vehicles. doesnt gouge you for labor and parts. very friendly customer service
