I am trained in a variety of holistic and therapeutic massage modalities which I blend into my bodywork sessions to encourage the body?s natural ability to heal itself. I work with the individual client to find the most optimum way in which this healing can be received. Offered in my bodywork is a harmonizing blend of several massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Reiki, Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral, Polarity, Compressive Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Reflexoloy and Lymphatic Drainage. During a massage session, I focus on releasing pain, tension and stress in the body by using long flowing strokes and giving special attention to areas needing more work, creating relaxation and peace in the individual.
