THE BROKEN PHONE SHOP

If I could give no stars I would! This place is a load of crap. I brought a phone in to be fixed & left with the phone in worse condition then I brought it. The phone is missing screws & nothing is secure on the inside, everything moves around. The phone will not even power on anymore. I wasted $80 & they will not refund my money. I plan on making this viral because no one should have to pay for their phone to be destroyed when you expect it to be fixed, especially after they had then phone for over a week. Plus the "manager" Antwan Mcdonald wanted to get an attitude with me & then proceeded to hang up on me. Just very unprofessional. It's a wonder that they are even open & can run a "business" like this.

There have great customer service I have used them several times this year i will recommend any on to come here

Basiclly took $230 and still no phone. Phone was with guy almost 2 weeks. When recieved phone signal wasnt working. Then speaker wasnt working. Screen went back out. Paid for a back for phone, Gave it back without one. Told me he would get back with me. NEVER DID! Would not recommend!
