When I have an issue with my HVAC , AActionAIr is there the same day ! I have used them for years now. Always satisfied. Technicians are professional , accurate and very courteous. Was a little upset with company due to fact that new system kept going down blowing fuses.. Which was a little frustrating ... Finally John
( Owner ) came over himself took over the job and found the source of the problem and fixed it.. Not only that he called every few days to make sure the problem was fixed and system was still up and running.... Must say he went above and beyond !

Today is a great day, we received a call from the owner of Action Air "John Ortman" John contacted us after hearing we we're not happy with our first initial service when returning home with no A/C with his company. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue that their tech had found attempting to charge our system and EPA laws. John profusely apologized for any inconvenience this had cased my family and I. He went even further by offering a large discount of $1,000.00 towards a new system they recommend due to the age of our current unit. Which they are here installing today! As a locally General Contractor here in Savannah, this type of response and action needs to be recognized!! These days if has become harder to have great experience, BUT John at Action Air has shown there are still great family owned professional caring business out there. Thanks again John!!

The recent installation of a new evaporator coil was flawless and the system is working better than when we moved in 2 years ago. Both Jonathan and Daniel were awesome. They did the work, followed through to make sure everything was tight and operational, cleaned and packed up the old rusted part and left me (and my wife) with smiles. Great job.

Lane and action air are AWESOME. As a single woman, I'm always apprehensive about letting men in my home but this is THE most professional, knowledgeable experience I've ever had with any service of any kind. THANK YOU!

AAction Air is hrs best. I called and the same day they came out and went over my whole system. John explain and showed me all the problems, my unit was so old I needed to replace it, the financing was a breeze, they walked me through it, and the next day the crew came out, they were very courteous professional, and didn't leave until it was done and I understood everything, they even clean up and took all the trash with them. I sign up for their maintenance plan, couldn't be happier, they took care of me like I was family, The Douglas Office is the best.

Our other service provider left us 4 days without air and did not hurry to help us. Called Aaction and they were here in a hour and had us ac the same day. Singing their praises to all our neighbors!!!! Customer for life!

I called Aactionair. They told me to turn my breakers on and off. Haven’t had any problems since. If I do, I’ll be sure to call them.
