Coastal Air Conditioning

I was very disappointed with the visit I received from the person who was supposed to evaluate my system for maintenance purposes. She did not tell me what she thought the problem was. She just gave me a bill of $1,000 + before anyone could even examine the problem. Then what was her purpose? This was after I paid for the membership service. It seemed to me that they just want more money without explaining anything to me about the problem.
