Overall

Horrible customer service!!!! I dropped my car off at 1100 am to get window tint. Showed up at 200 pm to pick it up. The lady behind counter knew I had to be somewhere at 300, because I told her this when I dropped it off. So I walked in and sat down, 15 minutes went by before she acknowledged me and that is because I walked up to her and asked how much longer. She told me the guy never showed up and wasn't sure when he was coming. So not only is she and the other employees incompetent, but they kept my car all day without having the decency to call me and update me on what the situation was. She was also sitting at front counter smoking cigarettes and then had the audacity to get into my car and leaving that nasty funk in it. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, but I will recommend the BBB check it out!!!!!

Overall
So I brought them my 2011 Niss...

So I brought them my 2011 Nissan Murano wanting them to do a custom fiberglass box for 2 12s w/ 2 amps & a capacitor and also install a 6.5" component speaker set in all 4 doors with a 7" touch screen in the dash. I brought 2 pictures of examples on how I would like my finished product to look and was told it could all be done for about $2200 and would take about 5 weeks. I was cool with all that so I paid about $1000 upfront and dropped off the car.

Let's start with what they did right, well from what I can see is right at least....they ran all my wires correctly for the amps, used a thick enough cable to support all the power and hooked everything up to the touchscreen correctly...so thats about it for what they did right.

On onto what was wrong....first they did not create anything like what I had wanted, which was basically everything flush with my floor so I could still have my storage space. All they did was build a floor piece to house my amps (which were flush so they got that right as well) and then built a "fiberglass box" which was pretty much a standard box frame with the speakers slanted in (the fiberglass part). On the reciept the box was $1500 of the money....what a creation for $1500. Also, the floor for the amps was not sturdy at all and shook when I went over the least little bump. Their whole set up took up the entire back of my Murano so I lost out on all my storage space for $2200 on something that was very disappointing. But that's not all that was wrong....

So I'm riding around unhappy and I decide to check to make sure that everything was hooked up properly. I started by pulling out my 6.5's from the door and checking the crossovers that come with them for their correct setting. It turned out that all 4 crossovers were set on a different setting. That prompted me to say f**k it and I decided to re-do everything myself. So that weekend I started taking apart everything they did...boy did I realize some bad work.

First, they left the entire back dirty. No lie, it looked like they cut the wood in the back and left all the saw dust. Then I go to take out the spare battery they put in and battery acid leaked everywhere because they had screwed right into it and put holes in it. Also to top it all off they didn't even put the wire connectors on the ends of any of the wires to make it look nice and professional, something you would've expected for $2200.

They had told me when I asked why the system was done the way they had did it, referring to it not being built into the floor flush, they said it could not be done because there wasn't enough space. Well let me tell you that was BS. I had never worked with fiberglass before once in my life but I was able to build it in flush and only had to raise my floor 2 inches. They never contacted me once about any design issues or any other problems they might have had.

All in all, from my experience these guys are not very good at what they do, at least if you are looking for something very detailed and trying to get that "wow" effect. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.
