Mavis Discount Tire

STAY AWAY FROM MAVIS IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY OR YOUR CAR! I like the price BUT, after going there twice i will never be back for safety issues. After the first time, I had purchased tires and had them installed when I drove off the parking lot i realized my tire pressure light was on I brought it back and they said that was normal and reset the light. It came back on the next day and I brought it back and they said it looked like someone had hit the sensor when they changed the tire, they then proceeded to fix it and then handed me a bill. I asked for a manager and they said i had to pay something, I ended up just paying for the sensor, this was the first issue. I decided to go back because they where so cheep after over a year figuring maybe the first time was a fluke.

I went in for an tire alignment, and rotation. They pulled my car in and after about an hour they pulled it back out and it looked like they were done. Some of the mechanics where standing around scratching their heads, they then pulled it back into the shop. I went and asked the attendant if everything was ok. He said the alignment was really off and they where going to run it through again. I thought it was strange because my car wasn't to bad going into the shop. After another hour they pull the car out and said it was ready to go. I drove out of the parking lot and the aliment was worse than when I brought it in pulling pretty hard to the left I decided to run home first and grab lunch and then when back and while driving it seem to slowly get worse and worse. They pulled the car back in and after 15 minutes pulled it back out and a mechanic came out and said "he had forgotten to tighten the wheel and " MY BAD" and proceeded to walk away as if it was no big deal. The aliment though seems better but after this I feel I need to bring the car to another mechanic to look it over to make sure the didn't mess anything else up. If you like the price buy the tires there and have someone else install.
