The driver that came out was extremely helpful in replacing our tire that blew out. He was quick to respond and gave us a few solid recommendations on where we could get it fixed. Unlike a lot of towing services in Seattle this company was very friendly and happy to help.

I I used rapid discount towing in Seattle today and i must say i am more then happy with the service i received and the great experience.



Where do I even start?? I called last minute last night hoping to set up a tow truck appoinment for the next morning. Todd was the one who i spoke with on the phone. He gladly set up a time for me. I needed to replace the front guard on my toyota Prius. Well in order to do so i had to have a Seattle tow truck take it to the Toyota Dealership here in Renton. My Toyota HAD and ill get to the had part in a second. Two horrible scratches on each of the bumpers which i had been meaning to take care of for quite some time. The Seattle towing driver told me he would set up an appoinment and could fix it in the near fture. So i took a leap of faith and had them fix my bumper and the scratches. which he said could be done in a day. They were amazing and are far more then just a regular Seattle tow service. They are reasonable and afforadable. You can't go wrong with these guys.

o my car died outside Mcdonalds, needed a jump. I happened to find a Yelp and found Rapid Discount here in Seattle So I called and was happy to know that despite the time being so late in the afternoon I would see someone within a half hour.

About 20 minutes later Luke, the driver showed up. Really nice guy, nice truck and asked if I was OK which of course I was and we went over a few things and then he got everything underway. Didn't take long and soon I was where I needed to be. This is a no hassle Tow service. They are just the nicest people with a real respect for the customer. I love Seattle, but I thought about the fact that it was still daylight, but what if this had been in the middle of the night? I would have been scared to death being alone like that and some tow places here in the city take forever and a day to get to you. I would have been a very unhappy woman waiting for a long time, but with Rapids quick arrival time I think they are a Seattle tow truck service that you can rely on and I wouldn't have been waiting for long even at night. All in all I can tell you that if ever I need another tow (knock on wood) 24/7 will be the first place I call from now on. Their drivers, their bushiness is just awesome and I really hope that they continue to service the Seattle area for a long time coming. We could use more responsible, dedicated industry like this here and I think that Rapid is setting the bar for that to happen and keep happening. The best towing Seattle has to offer!
