You guys fixed my zodiac after it had over inflated in the hot sun, blew out to bow and some of the cleats. Everything was real solid for the next few years. I recently sold it, but I was confident I was still selling a great boat.

I went to Ballard Inflatable Boats, got a warm welcome and received all the help I needed. I bought the rigid inflatable and outboard engine I had researched at a good price.

Excellent service. We brought our 20 feet zodiak rigged hull in for service. The mechanics there repaired our 2 stroke yamaha motors and straightened out the mess of wiring underneath the console. They also repaired the shift mechanism. Happy with the service we receive. Thanks guys!

Hard to beat Ed and Lynn common sense and experience. Fun to explore all the materials and equipment in their repair and service shop. If its hard find, go to them first.

Yikes, the old guy at the cash register today (owner?) was truly one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with.

All I needed was an adapter to fit the the air chamber valve of an Achilles inflatable boat and the other end fit either one of the hoses of my foot pump or one of my electric pump and some repair cement. He found two pieces he cobbled together to make an adapter but one end wouldn't fit the hose of my foot pump nor would it fit the electric pump. His solution: cut the end of the adapter down. I pointed out that the end of the adapter would most likely still be too big to insert into the hose as I held the two together. He impatiently insisted all I had to do was cut it down an add a clamp. You clamp something when it's TOO BIG, not when you can't get the end into the hose.

Plus the cost of the adapter and cement: almost $50. Bad advice, grouchy service and sky-high prices. Last visit to this place for me.
