While pursuing her chiropractic education at NYCC she also obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition. Prior to entering chiropractic college, she obtained a bachelor's in biology from Elmira College in 2008. Dr. Jen is National Board Certified and licensed by the state of North Carolina. She has had additional training in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic. She continues to offer chiropractic care as well as nutritional counseling services in her Cornelius office since 2012. Dr. Jen enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time at the National Whitewater Center.

There are a number of different possible sources for the pain including bursitis, arthritis and tendinitis, but misalignments (subluxations) of the vertebrae in the neck and lower back are responsible for the vast majority of chronic arm and leg pain.
