Horrible experience. Had my mowing mower there 3 times this summer for the same problem. Could mow once after it came home each time and it wouldn't start again. It was a simple throttle cable replacement that they did. Second time it was in there they discovered they put it on wrong. Last time it was in there they said I would have it back by the beginning of the following week because they were behind. They had my mower for over 2 weeks and when I called after not hearing from them after a week, the guy on the phone was very short with me and said they hadn't even looked at it yet. Went in to pay my bill and they tried to over charge me from the amount they had told me over the phone. When I questioned them about my bill, and asked why I had to keep paying for the same fix since they had it 3 times for the same problem and was never fixed properly the first time they got MAD!!! He told me if I was able to mow at least once between fixes he considered that it was fixed properly even though it broke down after one mow. I also asked about the additional work they had done however, nobody had called me to authorize the additional work. Filter and oil change. The owner got mad and flustered and asked me to take my business elsewhere. I feel I caught them doing something shady or maybe it was miscommunication on their part that someone thought the other person had called me. Either way, they were highly unprofessional and rude. I was told my engine is now leaking oil and it never had that problem before I took it in this last time and they did do an unasked for oil change so I have to wonder if they did something. My son had done an oil change in June and since it was broke down for most of the summer, I know it didn't need it. Filter maybe. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would not even give them a star but it is required to do so to post.
