Five Forks Mower Repair

This was the WORSE experience I have EVERY had with a "business " they have had our riding mover for a MONTH and everytime we call they give us the run around . They finally said they could fix it but it would be 600.00! We could buy a new one for 600.00!! So we told them to bring it back. They said the only deliver them on Wednesday so I waited ALL day today with my two year old patiently. My husband called at 11:00 am and they lied and said they were in route to drop it off to us. I waited until 3:00 before I called. The owner...a very unprofessional man named Randy Alison told me they "misplaced" our paperwork.(surprise.....surprise.) Then said that they could not deliver it today and that they tried to call my husband three times. Which they did not. The number they were calling was wrong and he said that was MY fault and the past four weeks his wife (the manager) has been in touch with him always with negative news so there for writing know they have the correct number. I began to tell him how disappointed we were with this establishment and that a month is a RIDICULOUS amount of time to have our mower and come up with a diagnoses and price. He cut me off then YELLING at me and telling me I wasn't going to talk to him like that and proceeded to be extremely nasty and unprofessional and called me a "bitch" he then told someone in the background "Oh hell naw she done pissed me off." Not once did anyone apologize to us or anything. This is an awful place and I will NEVER go here or recommend anyone here again. I can't believe they run a business this way! He was a childish redneck!
