Panda Express

We've lived right by this particular Snellville Panda Express for 6 years and I can say I've maybe had one bad experience. I won't say it's THE BEST customer service but they're never rude. I LOVE their Orange Chicken and Fried Rice. It's definitely a fast-food restaurant and as such our little splurge on some weekends :) Our whole family LOVES the food, the portions, the price and the overall in and out experience. I'd say for a man or kids that often don't appreciate bits and pieces of onions and other such that this is an EXCELLENT choice!! (My husband and I have a very cute family memory too here. Our oldest son was about 7 when we passed a huge Panda Express sign and Matthew goes "ooh, let's go eat some PANDA'Z!!" Most every time one of the six of us we'll bring that up! )

We had to wait for 20 mins for fried rice. The person in front"Kelly" was overwhelmed with customers and the managers were all sitting at a table talking and never got up to help. I think they have lost their focus on the customer. No express in Panda
