Jeff's Auto Repair

Jeff is a stand up guy...period. You don't hear that much in the auto repair business. My daughter goes to U. Mass and her Subaru threw a rod and needed the engine replaced. To make a long story short, the car broke down on 495 and needed to be towed after the engine replacement. The vehicle blew a transmission line. Jeff told me that he could have possibly nicked the line putting in the engine. He replaced the line, filled the tranny with fluid and reattached the vacuum line for the cruise control that slipped off (he said that was probably his fault). My daughter was complaining about inconsistent steering so he drained the power steering system and refilled with fluid. When I asked him what I owed him, he said that I have been through enough and that I was all set. He could have EASILY charged me for the power steering and the tranny issue but elected not to. When does something like this EVER happen? Never is usually when this happens. I fully recommend Jeff's Auto to anyone who needs repairs. Finding an ethical and customer service oriented shop is hard to find but not anymore because here they are.
