There aren't enough stars to rate Jim's services. I called him on a Sat about my mower. He told me to bring it by but he probably wouldn't get to it today as he was working on a car. I brought the mower and he looked at it and said that he could fix it right now as it was not that bad. The recoil had gotten bent and needed fixing. He ended up replacing the whole thing. He told me what he wanted to charge me and was a few dollars short in cash since I wasn't prepared to take the mower home within half an hour. i told him I would run to the ATM to get the rest and he told me not to worry about it! I could not believe it. Not only did he fix the mower within 25 minutes right in front of me, he accepted the cash I had on hand even though it was a few dollars less than he wanted. You can't beat service like that. He has my business as long as I live around East Brunswick. You can tell he just really loves to fix things. Thanks, Jim!

Honest customer support, accommodating to my circumstance. within 3 hours of my initial call I knew exactly what my options were. I would recommend Jim's Lawn repair over a larger name brand service like Sears.

Brought in my mower and in a few minutes, it was fixed and I was on my way. Price and service were excellent. Not a full-time business so call first.

I was looking for a repair shop after the man I used retired. I tried one who had my mower for better than 2 weeks and all I got was promises. I finally went and retreived my mower unrepaired. I ran across Jim's ad in the yellow pages and decided to give him a try. To my great enjoyment he came and picked up my mower when he said he would, repaired it in two days and delivered it to me in Milltown when he said he would. Mind you this machine is probably 20 years old. The icing on the cake was that his price was quite reasonable. He may have charged me $5.00 for pick up and $5.00 for delivery I'm not certain but even if he did his charge was very reasonable and the pick up and delivery were a very big help to me. I reccommeng him without reservation.
