365 Garage Door Parts

I made a purchase from 365 Garage Door Parts through Amazon. I attempted to return this part due to it being the incorrect part. After I was able to get the proper part that I needed, I contacted them to return the incorrect part. They cited their policy of 30 day returns, which I was past, so they would not accept the return. I assumed that since this was purchasing through Amazon, this would not be a problem. Numerous attempts to reach a reasonable resolution have only resulted in hostility towards their customers. I am now stuck with a part that I have absolutely no use for that is brand new. I guess I just have to throw it away? It is not expensive, and it is basicly solid steel, so it is not like they go bad after 30 days. I do understand companies set their own return policies, however, I also feel that 365 garage door parts is not being reasonable or rational in this situation. They clearly do not consider their customers first. Only initial sales. Deffinatly not return customer sales. Deffinatly not the impact that their customers voices can have on them. Stay away from them!

Ordered item on Amazon the product was right product but did not work for us it was promptly returned took 3 weeks to initiate a refund and then they took 20% off of refund as a "restocking fee". No where in the return policy stated on Amazon does it mention anything in regards to that especially since the item was perfect working order. I thought businesses did away with this so called restocking fee. Wont be ordering any of our other needed parts from this store.

BEWARE - I ordered a garage door opener 2-pack from them via Amazon and they shipped only one remote. A price is only good if you get what you ordered.

Horibble customer service- Could be the worst I have ever recieved. Don't be foooled by this company- pay the extra $5.00 and actually get the parts you ordered.
