I would strongly advise never selecting this company to deal with for your insurance for numerous reasons!!! Here it goes...extremely poor customer service, untimely responses if you get one at all, you have to follow up with them on every minute detail, you have to repeatedly ask them to search for the best quotes, they argue with you when you asked them to correct a simple thing like an address on insurance documents repeatedly, and they are shockingly unknowledgable in the insurance industry regulations, which is what they do for a living!!

FInally, the utmost concerning thing about this company was that when I was having issues with my policy and asked to speak to the manager I actually spoke to the owner of the business. He was EXTREMELY rude. His tone towards me the customer was accusatory as if I had done something incorrect. Nevertheless I immediately switched companies. In an economy such as this it is amazing how a company can treat their customers in such a disrespectful regard and expect to stay in business. The beauty of competition is there are many other superior alternatives to this company!
