Jim Moore has come to my rescue twice for dishwasher repairs. He is very direct and tells me exactly what service/repair is needed and doesn't try to sell me more or get away with less. He is courteous, friendly, and professional - was punctual and got the repairs done in a very time-efficient manner both times. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone who cares about good service at reasonable prices.
Jim is great!! He came when he said he would and finished up quickly for a reasonable price. He showed me the problem with the parts that were affected and gave me a couple of options to choose from. A very pleasant guy.

I had an oven emergency and Jim returned my call within 10 minutes. Although he was completely booked, he squeezed me in. He fixed my oven, didn't charge an arm and a leg, and gave me information on how to avoid the problem in the future. He's fast, he's good, and his prices are reasonable. This guy is great!
Jim is our appliance guy from now on. This man knows what he's doing and even is willing to explain how things work. He fixed our oven, broiler, and clothes dryer all in less than an hour. Replacement parts were in his truck. He's personable and reasonable. It's most economical to have an expert do the job!

Provided by SuperpagesJim Moore just repaired my elderly mothers washer. My mom lives by herself and is on a fixed income. She told Jim prior to him coming out that she does not have the money this month to be able to pay him. To my astonishment and hers, Jim Moore said to my mom, "that's okay, you can pay me when you have it." It ended up just being a service call fee. When someone does a good deed, you need to report it--and so here I am doing just that. Thank-you Jim.

Jim was excellent, I called him on a Friday at 3pm and he was here by 4:30. Honest businessman, quality repairs at an exceptional price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Jim just became our new go to appliance guy. He was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and thorough with our repairs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is interested in appliance repair!
Jim is a responsible, generous professiona. I called on a Saturday afternoon because my standup freezer had stopped working with a $1000.00 of food inside which was a risk of being lost. Jim gave us suggestions on what to do and the freezer began to work again. You can bet that I will keep Jim's phone number handy in case the freezer truly dies (as it has done once in the past!!). Thank you very much, Jim, for being willing to help us out in an emergency and on a Saturday.

Provided by SuperpagesJim is absolutely the best. I wouldn't use any one but him. He was flexible and worked around my schedule. He also gave me some friendly tips on how to better maintain my appliance. Much appreciated. I highly recommend him.
Jim is an amazing resource. He has helped us out with our dryer vent, dishwasher, and gas cooktop. He is courteous, on-time, reliable, and does a great job communicating the nature of the problem and providing the best solution at a reasonable price.

We had forty plus people expected and our refrigerator was not working when we woke up on Saturday morning.We called a couple of companies and no one would come over that day. We were elated when Jim told us he would "fit" us in. He was over in less than two hours and was able to fix it on the first visit.The best part of all was the price.Well under $200.southborough appliance and Jim wilol always be our first call from now on.
