I like to buy lottery ticket at local stores so if I win they also win. I asked for 14 quick picks to one of the super jackpot lotteries. When I got home I realized that the guy had given me 14 identical tickets. I rushed back desperate to make it before they closed the lottery. The guy took the tickets back and gave me new ones but with an attitude rather than any apology or offer to make up for the $7 in gas and time I had wasted coming back even though I mentioned how far it was to the hill towns and how stressed I was trying to make it all the way back in time.

I no longer stop here for gas or lottery tickets.

This business in Southwick,Ma is a true asset to the town of Southwick. If you want a nice experience go there! Each of the clerks are always kind and considerate.This store is well managed and has a wide variety of stock.It is clean(even bathrooms). To me it is 5 stars.
