Big O Tires

I went to this Big O Tires after sliding on ice and hitting the curb hard with my front tire. I went to Big O and they did an alignment yet there was still a shimmy in my steering wheel. When I called and told the manager, JJ, that there was a distinct shake in my car, he immediately offered to refund my alignment and asked me to bring my car back. They put my spare tire on and the shaking was gone. They also checked the balance of my front tires and found that the left wheel was bent from hitting the curb. JJ offered to get a wheel for me and remount the tire. I told JJ that I would find a wheel and have them mount it. I couldn't find a wheel and ended up calling JJ for a suggestion on where I could find one and he directed me to another establishment. When I called the other wheel place they had my wheel and said they could mount it too. Since I had pre-paid for my tire to be mounted after I found a wheel, I called JJ and told him that the wheel store could mount it for me. He said, "no problem, come on by and I'll refund the pre-paid amount for mounting", which he did. Big O in Sparks was helpful in solving my problem with my bent wheel and was very accommodating in refunding charges if necessary and truly helping me to get my car fixed and back on the road for safe driving. As a single women, I so appreciated JJ's understanding and help!! I definitely suggest going to Big O in Sparks!
