Very rude dispatchers, needs vehicles updated. And better service where you don't wait 2 hrs for a cab. Transportation in this town in not good
Very unprofessional drivers, I'm a non smoke and the drive was texting and on their phone while driving, not following protocol as a drive, also tried to take longest route to destination to pull on larger amount of money. The one good thing that I can say is that the drive was punctual
