Denny's

I never write reviews, and am always really forgiving of places because I’ve worked customer service and know how stressful it is to please people. But my experience at this Denny’s was beyond anything I’ve ever dealt with. It took them 10 mins to seat us, despite us being one of the only people there, and when they did seat us, they crowded us into a corner with other people, and the table was dirty and sticky. It took them 15 mins to get our drink order. I will just bullet point everything that happened, because there was so much.
- They didn’t give us (or any other table) napkins or silverware
- My boyfriend asked for a chocolate milk, and he got regular milk instead
- We ordered the chicken tender appetizer, and instead got fried chicken smothered in BBQ sauce (?)
- I ordered the Belgian waffle with turkey bacon, egg whites, and sausage links. They forgot the waffle and the sausage links, and my eggs were slimy and turkey bacon was very undercooked. I told the waitress multiple times about my waffle and she kept forgetting to bring it
- Botfriend ordered steak. The steak was completely raw, and lukewarm. Looked absolutely disgusting
- Boyfriend asked for gravy on the side. Waitress said we don’t have gravy at Denny’s (although there are multiple menu items with gravy lol)
- Nothing was seasoned. Absolutely nothing

Meanwhile, two of the tables next to us were also complaining. They got a lot of their food completely raw or undercooked. Service was terrible, took about 40 mins to get our food, and when it came, it was all wrong orders and horribly cooked. Worst Denny’s/restaurant experience of my life.
