Paris Nails

OK so this is my first time getting my nails done by these people they were very good and I was very impressed with what they did with my nails I believe that they are the best business of nails out there.

I've been coming here for many years. I never complained about a thing, minor issues here and there but no big deal. But I went back last week (August 2015) and I left absolutely livid. About half way through my pedi I noticed the massage chair wasn't on. I'd taken an important call and hadn't noticed. I asked them to turn it on. Myself as well as the lady beside me, and a teenager were told that they no longer turn chair massagers on for anyone who is overweight because they may be too heavy and damage the rolling balls. What?!?!?! Because you had one heavy person damage a chair you change the rules and the experience. But we had to pay the same price, there is no signage....they just decide who is or isn't too heavy. Way to ruin a little bit of someone's time that is supposed to be relaxing!

I highly suggest Jimmy or Tina. The others have no clue.
