Jiffy Lube

Went in expecting an upsell on oil. Amazed to see the guy at computer didn't even try. I asked why not try to get me to try the expensive oil? He said its amazing oil but I'm not here to sell you anything. My job is to help you by letting you know what we offer, assist with any questions you have and help make a decision that works with what you want to do. We are a preventative maintenAnce shop. We care for our guests and we want them to have a happy experience with us. I told him I do want to try a better oil. He said okay. No problem well get that oil change done for you we are probably looking at 10 minutes is that enough time? I said yes. 5-7 minutes later they were done I'm blown away by this experience. Awesome hustle, caring crew, number one place to go for your oil change in my opinion. Even the other two customers were amazed by the team and their speed.

This was bad. I went in for an oil change, they talked me into getting the synthetic stuff. okay, and then they said that I needed to replace a belt. The total was 165.00. They said it would take only 10-15 minutes, but they didn't get done for 2 hours!!!!! I asked them why it took so long and they said that they were having issues finding the right tools to do the job. Once I finally got my car back, I could not make it out of the parking lot because the steering wouldn't work. They claimed that it was just fine when they test drove it, and the mechanic claimed that he had noticed that the steering pump had a wobble to it and decided to tighten it and did not give me the heads up about it before I had left. It was very fishy, and I feel like they are trying to hide something. So then they charge me 350.00 to get the steering pump replaced and all of the fluids re-flushed, saying that it was a ripple effect for getting the new belt. They say this will take about 2 hours at the most, but didn't get it done for another 3 and a half hours. I demanded for the parts back and am currently seeking a second opinion from a professional. On my way home there is loud thunks coming out of the engine and burnt rubber and oil smoke coming from it. I am so sick about this. Don't go to Jiffy Lube, I beg you!!!!!!
