"OK overall. Polite personable fellow. Small organization means that there's not a lot of schedule flexibility, but you talk to real people. Killing wasps led to a year-long anti-insect commitment, but this seems typical in this industry. These guys cost less than alternatives we've used."

I found out they were covered by the superguarantee, and made sure to call them. They did an excellent job on trimming up my tree's, and they saved me a ton of money
