It is obvious that Seattle Property Rental Owner is actually Premiere in disguise trying to stuff the ballot, so to speak. I've seen this exact review on several different sites and I do mean exact, word-for-word. It's no surprise that these good reviews are fabricated. You think renting from Premiere is bad? Try working for them! Any attempt to try to get attention focused on tenant issues and you'd think you were an enemy of the state by the way you got treated. I made the mistake of job-searching and allowing the recruiter to contact my current employer. You'd think I was the world's foremost feeble-minded moron who couldn't tie their own shoes by the reference that was given. So, please, please, please be careful if you are going to go ahead with renting from Premiere. They will cheat you, lie to you and try to get away with as much as they can. Do not let them victimize you, too!

Premiere Property Services is the worst. This company needs to be shut down. They can not keep ripping people off.

Very dishonest and they will charge you fee's that ar made up. Double check your statements

I recently finished a one year lease with this company. Horrible attitude, very disrespectful and arrogant. I'm preparing to take them to court. Practically criminal.

I have to say, first, that I agree with the first person's comments regarding the attitude of Premiere Property Services; as a current tenant, I am fed up with their inattentiveness, arrogance, and refusal to repair ANYTHING on the property I lease. I intend to break my lease at the first possible opportunity. They don't even rate ONE star, in my humble opinion.Stay away from these people; they are slumlords.

Premiere Property Management has managed my rental property for many years. They have proficiently taken care of the physical property, competently managed renters and accurately tracked the finances. They have been proactive in maintenance and done a great job with reasonably quick turn over�s. I appreciate their thorough screening of prospective tenants and detailed rental contracts. I trust Premiere to manage my real estate investment through the good and bad rental markets. I would strongly recommend Premiere.

I placed my trust in this company to lease & manage an executive type property on the South Hill; I even provided them with the new prospective tenant, a professional person and family. Several months into the contract the tenants contacted me to voice their displeasure with Premiere Property Services... They were inattentive, discourteous, and projected such a negative attitude that the tenants were ready to break the lease and leave. I bought out the remainder of the lease and terminated their services. In an effort to retain the tenants I had to make a concession to reduce the rent by $300/month in order to keep the tenant happy for the remainder of the term of the lease.My personal dealings with the broker, book keeper and staff were very unpleasant. Professionalism is severely lacking in this organization! However, it is no surprise after experiencing the arrogance of the broker which obviously trickled down through the staff.######Owners beware!

They manage with intimidation, threats and contentiousness. They minimize maintenance, service and ignor complaints or turn it around to criticize residents for complaining.
