With Rockwood 15 years. Lost mds as they moved on. Have osteoarthritis and fibro which are painful! Take Hydro 5/325 and all providers have said is a low dose. No abuse! I had UA last month at $220 dollars. Went to get today rx and again a UA. 15+ years, never a problem nor do I want to cause one. Just do not want to hurt!!! Never asked for fill early nor have "lost my medication", can't afford another $220 plus every month. Doing everything to work be productive part of society! As I cry my eyes out and talking to a rep who said I REFUSED to do UA, I wonder how many go thru this!!! History has shown I do not abuse this or any med!!! Feel like a criminal when all I want is to not hurt so bad!!! Crack down on those that abuse but not who don't! Scared of pain I soon will feel without my med and will do what previous mds told me NOT to do and eat my stomach with ibuprofen!! If you have a need help, I suggest you go elsewhere!! Disappointed and hurt that they would treat me this way!!!!

When I call in and am put on hold without even comunicating with a person it makes me feel as unimportant as hell. I don't believe being on hold for 29.38 min
