Spokane Quick Lube- W Northwest

Went for a basic oil change and told me i needed synthetic oil and would cost 74.99. I said no and they got a attitude. When i qenr inside to pay they drove my carahead wirh keys on the seat,door open.Anybody could have jumped in and drive off. I got in and left and noticed greasy finger prints all over on visor and door inside. Then i was going ti check my oil to make sure it was done, the hood latch was broke. I called owner, he was rude and did not care. Bad customer service, dont want to give them a star rating,

Do not go there , they broke the sensor to the tire on my car, and knowing they did, told me my sensor had to be bad but the air in tires were fine! Took me about 15 -20 minutes to get to where I was going after came back out with a flat. With all that had to have a tire place come out and fix my tire, they guy stated immediatly my stem and sensor were broken. I had to have the whole tire replaced ended up driving it low pressure, which made the wires become exposed inside the tire. In the end had to buy a new tire and sensor, TJ said all they would do is pay for the sensor not the tire. We took them so small claims court and "WE WON"!!! It was over $250.00 (division store)

If I could give no stars I would service is terrible, they almost fried my wiring harness when they where messing with my alt and ground the stud out to the frame and then screamed and yelled like it was our fault, the girl they let move my car brought it up to over 3 grand before she put it in gear. Not only that but the lady drove my car onto division. Without my permission the owner tj and the manager likes to scream cuss and point his fingers in minors faces. They blew one of my relays and still haven't replaced it. They put some sodder on it and told me to come back wensday this happened Monday and I live 60 miles away. By that time we had been there for almost 3 1/2 to 4 hours for what I was told would take 20 minutes to half an out and they still charged me over $226 and they said they cleaned my Windows that was a lie and they said the refiled my window washer fluid which is also a lie because my resivor is missing. They are all thugs that will get in your face if you accuse them of doing something wrong. These are not mechanics they are monkeys someone handed a wrench

Quick Lub on Division is a damn joke. The Manager TJ decided to scream & cuss & point fingers in my face because they broke something on our car and i said "just fix it lets get this s*** done". I personally don't find it personally to scream at anyone let alone a minor!!!

Waited for 80 minutes. Told that the bolt was stripped. Told an oversize bolt would do. Told they were out of oversized but another would work temporarily. Told the pan threads were stripped. No, we cant really help you and the new guy made a mistake. Have to charge you more than advertised because your car took 5 not 4.5. Save yourself the extra expense and the incompetence. I hear Walmart in north Spokane has less hassel and guarantee their work. Single women and widows with children should avoid Quick Lube. They are insensitive money grubbers.

I brought my 2002 P T Cruiser in for a rock chip repair, billed to my insurance company. The very next day a 3 foot line appeared going both ways out of the "Fixed" chip. I talked to the manager T J who basically said too bad, so sad. He blew smoke & refused to give me contact information for the owner. NEVER again, not for oil changes, not for anything.

I've known for awhile that my belts needed to be replaced, but I haven't had anyone point out just how bad they were until I went to the Spokane Quick Lube on Division for a routine oil change.

They immediately showed me the numerous cracks in the rubber, as well as how bad my transmission fluid was (like dark brown with metal flecks bad).

Since I had read the horrible reviews on here, I watched every move they made and they did everything with the utmost professionalism. Shout out to Jeremy P. for giving me great deals, reducing my total cost by over 60%.

Just in case, I had him sign a paper confirming the warranty and got his full name. Cover your butts people and be smart consumers. Will go here again!

Don't go there! I go in for the basic $20 oil change and they always pressure me sooo bad to get extra work done. A simple explanation of problems my car might have is fine with recommendation of service but pressuring a customer til they give in is highly unprofessional and definitely not appreciated.

i think all the guys at division are very helpful. I used to go to jiffy lube and after going to S.Q.L. on division i will never go any outher place. The manager is a fellow named john which is a great team leader and really knows his stuff! I' not sure how much he make for wages but i am pretty sure he deserves a raise. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK JOHN AND CREW AND I WILL SEE YOU IN 2500 MILES

my first time there anda employee said he would give me a better dill if I payed him 40. bucks.they were all ready working on rig,I thought if i don't they will messup my rig. he said some of the things wouldn't be on work order but they were done. in return my driver seat is cloth and got grease on it and me froor mat has grease from shoes all over it.
