        HORRIBLE - take our car somewhere else - ANY WHERE ELSE but 3D

        Adjuster misses damage; less than accurate customer service updates, pick up times cancelled - basically they can't do anything right.

        Absolutely pathetic. My dog could have done a better job

        ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

        Took 7 weeks to start work - (which was not major) - took much longer to repair than promised and didn't even know the driver's door handle was not working?

        All they cared about was getting me a "rental" vehicle. Has all the makings of a scam.

        Insurance company saves money and you get screwed.
