Dr Abusharr has the most unprofessional staff I've ever met. This has been going on for years. They are rude and ignorant. I've been hung up on, talked down to and questioned all of which were way out of line at the time and I do NOT tolerate those behaviors.

I had a very bad experience today. The staff member quoted me a rate for the contracted amount for insurance and when I questioned it she then said they do not quote rates over the phone. Then whenever I got in to see the doctor he treated me differently than he has in the past. He was very unprofessional to me. Then we got into a argument about the staff memeber that was rude to me. All I went there for was to get a refill on a prescription that was expired. The doctor acted like I was unimportant to him because I do not go to the doctor all the time. The doctor said to me that he does not make money off of people like me because i do not go to him all the time. It is not my fault i am not a sick person. He was very rude an unprofessional to me. No patient deserves that ever. Then the doctor put me on the spot and asked the staff member in the patient room with us to ask if she quoted a rate to me because he was losing either a patient today or a staff member. i feel humiliated by him
