Auto Glass Now

I have actually taken some cars here in the past and they have done me right, but seems like the prices have not been as competitive as they ones were

Melissa is the best!! This morning on my way to work I had a wrench fall off of a work truck in front of me and hit my windshield shattering it at 70mph. After frantically calling all over NWA, I spoke to Melissa at Auto Glass Now in Springdale. Not only were they significantly cheaper than anywhere else in the area, she was able to fit me in same day to replace my windshield! Thank you for the amazing customer service and hospitality, you saved me from a terrible Monday! I will be a customer for life thanks to her!

The people are incredibly nice and kind. I will definitely refer business to them. They were the best price and with the best service. The business is convenienly located in Springdale on Thompson and across from the Walmart Supercenter. They give very good instructions on how to handle your vehicle after windshield is replaced. After checking all over town, I found that they at auto glass now were the lowest price in northwest arkansas. Jean and Dean were so outgoing. I felt like I was doing business with family.

Very satisfied customer. Had no issues with Glass Pro...affordable pricing...very pro group to work with. Emily was pleasant, friendly and to the point. And my wait was half the time they estimated. Will go to Glass Pro for my next windshield repair.

My situation is rather unique. I read the review on Glass Pro in Springdale and wanted to use that location. However, I was in a time crunch and I actually live in Rogers so it was going to be very difficult to make it down to Springdale and I was worried the windshield was not safe. The crack started at the very bottom, curved up, and back to the bottom. So there was one piece that looked like it could bust through. Anyway, considering my tight schedule the manager approved to have them come to where I work (West Fork) and install the window for no additional charge. I certainly do not think they can do this for every customer so I would not wish to suggest that. I am just saying that the manager knew I really wanted to use them and she made that happen for me. The installer was friendly and did a great job. Plus the price was the cheapest I could find and the windshield looks great. I give them 2 thumbs up!

This company always has the most competitive price. I have used them more than a few times. The only negative I can say is; you better not be in a hurry when you go in (even if you make an appointment). They are so busy you are better off leaving your car and picking it up later. On my last windshield I saved about $35.

I cant say what I would tell people I know because it is foul and obscene. Horrible Service. I had to replace a window in my SUV and they broke a regulator by mis installing the window and then failed to admit it. I came in with broken glass and left with a $495 +labor part broken on my car. The Installer said it left the shop UNTESTED and the manager then claimed the installer was wrong and all the cars get tested and inspected before leaving the shop. GO FIGURE! All I can say is that unless you like getting jerked around, lied to, and having your car damaged DONT GO TO GLASS PRO!

LOWEST PRICE I GOT FOR A WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT, QUALITY OF MATERIAL SO FAR VERY DURABLE ( BEEN 4 MONTHS AND STILL PERFECTLY FINE) EMPLOYEES ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS. WHEN MY WINDSHIELD GOT REPLACE I THOUGHT IT WASN'T INSTALL CORRECTLY. THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE MY CAR IN THEY WOULD DO IT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND THEY EVEN CHECKED FOR FREE (WELL IT TURN OUT TO BE MY PASSENGER DOOR THAT HAD A TINY HOLE) I ALSO REPLACE IT AND I ALREADY KNEW I WOULD BE GETTING THE LOWEST PRICE. EITHER WAY I RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE, THEY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING.
