Same experience as Carrie P. We sold our home in December of 2016 and have continued to be charged despite calling a million times without answering, PM on Facebook,etc. When my husband finally got in touch a few months ago they said our account didn't exist. Today I get a call regarding my account (we closed the bank account it was charging every month). The will offer no recourse and are sending to collections for a house we haven't owned for a year. I won't give them another dime!
