City of Springfield

I received a bill this summer for my water bill. It was 3 times what it is normally. I have gone down to city hall twice and asked to have someone call me about the bill. No one has called yet. My Bill went back to the normal amount, but no phone call.I have also found out that 3 other people in my sub division have also had problems with their bills as well. They haven't had a return call either. WE have found that the city made repairs to the water pipes close to our house the months our bills were so high. Now why should I have to pay for city repairs twice when you know that my taxes that i pay every year are for that.

Now lets talk about the water have had the past week or so. it has smelled like something rotten and tasted so bad that i am now buying bottled water . Guess I'm going to be spending all my extra money on water.

This is the worst city around I would say find some other city to buy in. This one sucks!!!Cant wait to sell!!
