Old Luxemburg Inn

As you can see I have been going there for years. Good place.

Have always enjoyed going here for dinner. The food is always great. Nice place to go for birthdays. The service is always good.

I just had dinner at the old lux with my family and didn't have to wait for a table but would if I had to. The food was great and the servers were friendly. They have had ups and downs but you don't want to miss this place.

I am NOT a plant and I think lilly is one who complains about all of her dining experiences. I knew a guy like that once. You will get a great meal here at a most reasonable price. You can't beat their steaks. And the servers are prompt and helpful. If it is busy, you may have to wait some, but that is expected. You can tell about the food because the place if full of locals.

Horrible dining experience! It took an hour to get our food and then the steak was raw inside (we ordered med.) The waitress was rude and indignant that we wouldn't eat the raw steak. The manager is a total creep too...You might think that they would want the customer to be happy and return......they could care less! I guess they have enough drunks at the bar to keep their doors open. If you eat here after reading this....that's on you....you have been warned! Not sure, but suspect other reviews are plants.

My family and I love to eat at the Old Lux and will continue. The food, staff, and atmosphere are superb! It is a great place to take the kids or just have a date night. The new owner has put it back on top and all the changes have been great and all to make the customers experience better! I highly recommend the Old Lux to anyone and everyone! Thumbs up to the new owner and Good Luck in the future as well!

My experiences with the OLD LUX have always been positive: very exceptional service, great value for the menu and a cozy atmosphere. The staff and new owner really take the time to care about their customers. We are lucky to have such a tried and true landmark here in Springfield!

Yeah when they did what a difference in quality and prices

Even got rid of the Deputy that set in the parking lot so you felt have way safe walking in that neighbor hood

Guess they want to pay off the place fast well its not going to work with the changes

I am telling everyone I know about the changes

THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM IN SPRINGFIELD IT HAS BEEN AROUND FOREVER. THE FRENCH FRIED LOBSTER IS TO DIE FOR. THE STEAKS ARE EXCEPTIONAL AND THE SERVICE IS GREAT BUT NOT BUT NOT OVERBEARING.DENNIS HAS BEEN IN THE BUSINESS A LONG TIME AND IT SHOWS. GREAT JOB OLD LUX KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND THE MAYOR AND FRIENDS WILL CONTINUE TO BE GOOD CUSTOMERS.

The best fried catfish I've ever had, except for grandma's.

This place holds the record on poor service....waited 45 min to order then the waiter never checked for drink refills...even had a long wait for our bill
