I taught the owner's daughter ballet which is the only reason I trusted him, I asked him to put my daughter in a safe car, a car he would put his daughter in! He out her in a dangerous piece of JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have had so many serious issues and spent a lot of money to fix it after his incompetent mechanic couldn't fix it and even left a tool under the hood which rattled around and terrified my daughter while driving on a highway! Still having issues and cannot afford another car!!!!!!!!!!! He should be put out of business! He is a liar and a thief. Selfish to the core! We came all the way from CT to his shop because I trusted him! When we first brought the car back, his mechanic said he was busy fixing his own car and couldn't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These are the kind of idiots you deal with at this horrible place!

Bought a car for my son from Joe for $2000. Has been driving the vehicle for 1-1/2 years now, well worth it. I would go back to United for another purchase.

Owner says he's a retired police officer and he sells cars as a hobby. He needs to learn his hobby because he sells junk. Maybe it's intentional. The car he sold me was half the book value. I should have known I was being scammed. The owner claimed he likes to help people out, that's why his prices are so low. Turns out, the car was a salvage with severe front end damage and he managed to use enough glue to keep the car together for 7 months. Then, everything fell apart at the same time: axle, wheel bearings, rack & pinion, fuel pressure regulator AND transmission. Oh, and the first time I washed it all of the touch up paint came off.

Bought a car from Joe last year. Within a month of having it it was over heating and leaking coolant. Took it back the day after the 30 day warranty and his mechanic put stop leak in the radiator, unplugged the low coolant sensor and sent me on my way after taking another $100. One year later it appears my issue the whole time was the upper head gasket. I have put so much money into this car and now have to get a new one thanks to him and his stop leak. STAY AWAY. He is a smooth talker but sells lemons.
