Comfort Dental

I took my daughter to Comfort Dental for an initial orthodontic exam. However, while my daughter was in the exam chair, they performed other dental services that I did not want. They asked my daughter for approval instead. Comfort Dental did not quote me a price prior nor did they give me a bill upon leaving their office on the date of the exam. Later in the mail I received a bill for several hundred dollars for the ortho exam, casts and other services that I did not ask for. Not long after receiving the bill, Comfort Dental called me to inform me that the casts were faulty and needed to be done again. I told them that I did not wish to come back because I was unhappy that they had charged me for the appointment in the first place. Twice I responded to their bill in writing that I felt I was wrongly charged. I asked them to produce documentation that I had agree to the services. I received no proof. I want to make others aware of this and expose their poor business practices.
