        I had my building on the market for a few years, with no potential buyers. Frustrated, I sought a new real estate firm, and ultimately decided to switch to Rakow Group. The speed at which they moved to find potential buyers was very impressive. Within a few months we had reached the contract phase with a buyer. I know from now on, Rakow Group is my commercial real estate firm of choice!
