Dermatology Associates

I went there with my 4 years old son, the pediatrician office recommended Dr. Josiane Lederman, After an hour wait they called us in and then we waited another hour in the exam room. Then a young assistant came looked at my son's rash and tells me that I need to use moisturizing cream for it, I asked for an ointment so they sent a prescription do the pharmacy, which was not cover by insurance and it was very expensive, The doctor did not even see my son! Next 4 days the pharmacist and I called the Dr. Lederman for a different medications, I left 4 messages nobody called back or send a new prescription, When I spoke to receptionist she told me that she only makes appointments and transferred me to the same voice mail. Is has been a week, sill waiting for a medications for my son, The worst experience ever, I'm very angry! how can any doctor treat a patient like that specially if it is a child!!!
