Saw the horrible onlines reviews, decided to give it a try anyway because we were interested in a used truck they had. We couldn't reach a deal so we left without the truck. Over the next few days my husband and the salesperson went back and forth and reached a deal agreed on by the gm. The next night we arrive to sign papers and drive home only to learn that the gm on duty wasn't honoring the other gm's deal. This jerk's offer was $29 more a month. He then offered us to put an extra grand down and extend the loan in order to lower the payment by $13 a month. I do not understand how a dealership like this can stay in business. Please do not waste your time here.

I called the Jeep Service desk for info before making an appointment. Not only was the woman who answered the phone rude, but her accent was difficult to understand. There was a point when I was put on hold and disconnected. I took my business elsewhere.
