I was combing through my expensive auto policy and decided to look for alternatives, found Regency Agency while searching Google on my phone, called to see if I could do better. Was really surprised at the level of detail and knowledge displayed when going over my concerns....In the end I was quoted a lower rate and still kept all the perks from my present policy that I thought were important to me.

Thanks for another year of low rates and excellent service. Been with Regency for about 5 yrs, they worked with me with a difficult situation I was going through with my driving record. Thanks for all the great advice. Call them... they will work hard to get you the coverage you deserve.

Regency Agency is my go to agent. I renewed and lowered my rate by 300 dollars, these guys are always looking for the best deal for you and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend them.

I'm not much for auto insurance brokers, I mean it's a pretty generic affair getting auto insurance quotes and all. But when I called Regency Agency I was super impressed in the way I was treated, it felt like I was talking to someone who truly wanted the best company and rate for my particular situation and I felt I got A great rate for me. I would definitely recommend them if you want somone who will fight to get you the best price.

Do yourself a favor and stand way clear of using this place for car insurance. They will show up at the Honda dealership on Nostrand Avenue saying that they have the best insurance pricing. However this is not true, and at first it show you have great rates. That's until you get the actually insurance company rewriting your plan for some made up reason or another. Believe me when I tell you that we went in with a credit score of 720, getting the best deal for a new car from the dealer. However our insurance was suppose to be about $1450 yearly. Well after Adirondack got finished making up things, our insurance went to $4050. Crazy because I had an existing plan for another vehicle of mine with Liberty mutual for $1100 dollars. Regency was supposed to correct there errors and they never did. Well we cancelled and now have a super rate with liberty. However we were getting collections calls because of regency's mistakes. This is a lesson to last a life time and to share with others about this fraudulent company.
